Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools (Chesterfield)Are you an experienced education professional looking for flexible work in secondary schools? We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support Key Stage 3 and 4 students across Chesterfield.
About the Role:
Supervising lessons in the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay on task.
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects.
Supporting students with their learning while maintaining school policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a UK classroom (essential).
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Confidence in leading groups of students and engaging them in learning.
A passion for education and supporting young people.
