This is a great opportunity for individuals with classroom-based experience who are seeking flexible working hours.
About the Role
Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Swadlincote
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Flexible - 1-2 days per week
Teaching Levels: Key Stage 3, 4, and occasionally Key Stage 5
Responsibilities: Supporting students with their learning, assisting during lessons, and helping to maintain a positive classroom environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Have classroom-based experience (as a teaching assistant or similar role).
Be comfortable working with Key Stage 3, 4, and sometimes Key Stage 5 students.
Be able to support students effectively and demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
Be available for 1-2 days per week.
A valid driving license is preferred but not essential if you are comfortable using public transport.
