About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Maths Teacher to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a love of mathematics and encouraging students to develop strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of students across KS3 and KS4.
Differentiate lessons to cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
Assess, track, and report on students' progress, providing feedback and guidance where necessary.
Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independent thinking.
Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher evenings, and school events.
Support the school's ethos and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning culture.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Passionate about teaching and inspiring students to achieve their full potential in Maths.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Enthusiastic about professional development and contributing to the wider school community.
