Contract Type: Full-time, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Drama & Dance teacher to join our well reputed school from January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead engaging lessons, inspire creativity, and take a central role in producing outstanding school performances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional Drama and Dance lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Lead and organise school plays and productions with professionalism and creativity.
* Support the growth and development of the department with innovative ideas and a collaborative approach.
* Provide high-quality pastoral care and guidance to students.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or FE-trained professionals.
* Significant experience in teaching Drama (Dance experience preferred but not essential).
* A proven track record of running successful school productions and inspiring student participation.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* A commitment to upholding high standards and achieving the best outcomes for all students.
