Role Overview:
As an English Teacher, you will inspire and motivate students to develop a love for literature and language. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities, fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, and promoting a culture of learning and curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Participate in school events and contribute to the wider school community.
Qualifications and Skills:
A relevant degree in English or Education.
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
