Job Role- English Teacher for a Secondary School in CannockLocation: Cannock, Staffordshire
Position: English Teacher
Contract: Full-time, -long term

Aspire People are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Cannock. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to inspire and motivate students in their educational journey, helping them develop strong literacy skills and a love for literature.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality English lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Plan and prepare engaging, differentiated lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners.
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the success of the English department.
Take part in extracurricular activities and school events as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a relevant degree in English or a related subject.
Experience teaching English at secondary school level (ideally in Key Stage 3 and 4).
A passion for literature and a genuine commitment to student development.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to teaching and classroom management.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
