Location: Coleshill, Birmingham

Contract: Full-Time, (Starting ASAP)
Aspire People are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a dedicated English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Coleshill. We are seeking a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring students and fostering a love for English literature and language.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Encourage students' creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills through diverse teaching methods.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
Participate in extracurricular activities, school meetings, and parent-teacher consultations.
Contribute to the development of the English department and the overall school community.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
Experience teaching English to Key Stage 3 and 4 students (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
A positive and proactive approach to supporting student development.
