Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
Inspire students to develop a love for literature and language.
Monitor and support students' academic and personal growth.
Collaborate with school staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities.
What We're Looking For:
A degree in English or a related field, with PGCE or QTS (preferred).
Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting (KS3 and KS4 required; KS5 is a bonus).
Strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to teaching.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
