Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the EYFS curriculum to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
* Support and guide a team of EYFS practitioners to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring a positive learning experience.
* Work closely with parents and colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to the education and development of children.
* Uphold the school's ethos and create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience in an EYFS setting, with leadership experience preferred.
* A valid DBS on the Update Service.
* Ability to provide references from previous roles.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
