Aspire People are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic French Teacher to join a secondary school in Birmingham. As a French Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping students' academic development and encouraging a love for languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach French across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
Encourage and support students in achieving their best potential.
Assess, monitor, and track students' progress regularly.
Provide feedback to students and parents on performance.
Promote the importance of language learning and cross-cultural understanding.
Collaborate with the wider school team to contribute to the school's success.
Person Specification:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching French at secondary school level.
Passionate about language education and fostering a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management abilities.
Ability to inspire students and engage them with the French language and culture.
