About the Role:
Aspire People are seeking an experienced and qualified Year 1 Teacher for a full-time position in a primary school located in Wellingborough. This temp-to-perm opportunity is perfect for a skilled educator with a strong background in UK-based schools and proven behaviour management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 (KS1) curriculum.
Establish a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Manage pupil behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning space.
Track and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.
Work collaboratively with staff to uphold the school's values and standards.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Substantial experience teaching in UK primary schools, specifically in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience preferred).
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum and primary education best practices.
