Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Teacher to join a specialist SEND Primary School in Aylesbury. This school provides a nurturing and supportive environment for students with additional needs, requiring a teacher who is compassionate, resilient, and adaptable.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet diverse student needs
* Support students' academic and personal development within a structured SEND setting
* Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals to enhance learning
* Commit to ongoing training and professional development
About You:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Experience in Primary or Secondary education - SEND experience is desirable but not essential.
* Enthusiastic, patient, and flexible in your approach to teaching
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
