Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment that aligns with the school's expectations.
Support students in their academic and personal growth, ensuring they meet the school's high standards of behaviour and learning.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide the best learning opportunities for each student.
Implement and follow the school's behaviour and attendance policies.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in secondary schools (KS3 and KS4).
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
