Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable teaching experience? Secondary schools across Lancashire are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Graduate Cover Teachers to join our team. This flexible, ad-hoc role offers a competitive daily rate and the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings.
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Engage and motivate students to participate in their learning.
Follow school policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on student progress and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
A degree in any subject.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different subjects and age groups.
Enthusiasm for working with young people.
Prior experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
