We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for supporting children in their learning journey and creating a positive, inclusive environment, we would love to hear from you!
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education, ensuring that all children make progress. You will assist in creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment and provide tailored support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
-Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted support.
-Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.
-Help students with personal care needs as required.
-Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
-Encourage students' confidence and independence in learning.
-Contribute to the planning and preparation of resources and activities.
-Work alongside other staff to create a safe and supportive school environment.
About You:
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:
-Qualified: A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is desirable, but not essential.
-Experienced: Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting, is preferred.
-Compassionate: A genuine interest in supporting children's well-being and development.
-Adaptable: Able to support children with a range of needs and learning styles.
-Team Player: Collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-Organised: Able to support the teacher with planning and maintaining classroom routines.
