About the Role:
As our new History Teacher, you'll be:
Teaching exciting History lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 (with a chance to work with older students too!).
Planning and delivering lessons that are not only informative but truly engaging and inspiring.
Marking work and providing constructive feedback to help students grow and succeed.
Collaborating with an amazing team of colleagues to create a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
Taking part in parents' evenings and being an integral part of the school community.
We're excited to hear from you if you have:
A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in History.
Previous experience teaching History in a secondary school setting.
A deep love for History and a strong understanding of the curriculum at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for engaging with students and colleagues alike.
A collaborative, proactive approach to teaching.
A driving license is preferred but not essential.
