Aspire People are looking for a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teacher to join our team of supply teachers to support local schools within Aylesbury.
As a supply teacher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning in KS1 classrooms, covering for class teachers on sickness or leave. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible work, with the possibility of transitioning into a long-term position at some of our partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Covering KS1 classes for sickness and teacher leave
* Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the school curriculum
* Supporting the development of students' academic and social skills
* Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Communicating effectively with staff and parents
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Ideally have experience teaching within the UK education system
* Possess strong behaviour management skills
* Be adaptable and able to work flexibly in different school environments
* Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning
