Job description
I am looking to onboard a dedicated KS1 teacher who is looking for flexible part-time work in Stratford-upon-Avon? Aspire People is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable teacher to join our team, covering 3-5 days per week across various primary schools in the area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys variety and is passionate about making a positive impact on young learners.Key Responsibilities:
Providing cover for classes in the absence of the regular teacher, often with short notice (morning calls).
Delivering pre-planned lessons to KS1 students, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
Managing classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and engaging environment.
Adapting to different school settings and working collaboratively with various staff teams.
Providing feedback on lessons and student progress as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS)
Experience teaching KS1 students.
Strong classroom management skills.
A positive, hardworking, and adaptable attitude.
Flexibility to work across different schools and handle last-minute cover calls.
Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a love of learning.
