Job description
Are you an experienced KS1 teacher looking for part-time, flexible work that still keeps you in the classroom and doing what you love?Aspire People is working with several primary schools across Stratford-upon-Avon who are looking for reliable, adaptable teachers to step into short and medium-term cover roles. There's no planning involved - you'll be delivering pre-set work, with an emphasis on live marking and maintaining classroom standards.
What You'll Need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - must have
Minimum 2 years' experience teaching in UK primary schools
Proven behaviour management skills - calm, fair, consistent
Sound working knowledge of safeguarding procedures
A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service - or happy to get one quickly
This is ideal for teachers who want flexibility without stepping away from teaching altogether - whether you're semi-retired, have family commitments, or just prefer a better balance.
