Level 3 Learning Support AssistantLocation: Secondary School, Bolton
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-Term (Potential for Permanent)
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to make a difference in a vibrant secondary school in Bolton? Aspire People are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to join one of our schools. While Level 3 qualifications are preferred, they will consider candidates with a Level 2 qualification provided you have prior experience working in a similar role.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Work closely with teachers to support the delivery of lessons and help create an inclusive learning environment.
* Assist in the development of student progress and encourage their academic, social, and emotional growth.
* Offer 1:1 and small group support to students, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
What Aspire People Are Looking For:
* A strong academic background with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Previous experience working with SEN students in a school or similar setting.
* A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting students.
* Availability to start immediately and commit to a long-term role.
Requirements:
* A Level 3 (or Level 2) qualification in a relevant field.
* A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
* The ability to provide references covering the past 2 years.
