🎓 Exciting opportunity for dedicated and enthusiastic opportunities for Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive team at a thriving secondary school located in a picturesque village near Grantham.This small school for 11-16 year olds, provide a high-quality education and is committed to providing a nurturing environment where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential. They pride themselves on their inclusive ethos and are looking for someone who shares their passion for helping young people succeed.
Must be a car driver due to the location of the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs, both in and out of the classroom.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students in developing their confidence, independence, and academic skills.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
We're looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting young people in their learning journey.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can adapt to the varying needs of students and work collaboratively with staff.
* Is patient, compassionate, and has a positive attitude.
* Experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
