About Us:
We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Job Description:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to students with diverse learning needs in both individual and group settings. Your role will involve working closely with the class teacher and SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to help deliver tailored learning plans, ensuring students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom.
-Assist with the delivery of personalized education plans (IEPs).
-Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
-Help students develop social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
-Support students with activities, resources, and strategies that meet their individual learning needs.
-Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
-Work with a team of professionals to develop strategies and interventions that support student achievement.
-Ensure that students' well-being and safety are prioritized at all times.

Skills and Experience:
-Previous experience working with students with SEN is desirable, but not essential.
-A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine desire to support students.
-Strong communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents effectively.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-A proactive and flexible attitude to meet the diverse needs of our students.
-An understanding of various learning difficulties, such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, is beneficial.
