Role Overview:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support students in their learning and development. Your role will be vital in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere, helping children overcome learning barriers, and ensuring that every student is given the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities to support students' learning.
-Provide individual and small-group support to children with various learning needs.
-Help with the preparation and organization of classroom resources and materials.
-Support children in the development of their personal, social, and emotional skills.
-Observe and monitor students' progress and report any concerns to the class teacher.
-Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, both in and outside the classroom.
-Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity.

About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives. The ideal candidate will:
-Have experience working with primary-aged children (desirable, but not essential).
-Be patient, kind, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude towards learning.
-Be a strong communicator, both with children and adults.
-Have a good understanding of child development and basic education principles.
-Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
