Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Manage a full class size, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to handle challenging behavior and ensure a productive learning environment.
Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and participate in departmental meetings.
Support students' individual learning needs and track their progress.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Proven experience teaching Maths to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to address challenging behavior effectively.
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning experience for all students.
