Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of the department.
Support students in achieving their academic goals and preparing for exams.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching mathematics.
Experience teaching at secondary school level, particularly in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to make a real impact on student achievement.
