Aspire People is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mathematics Teacher for a Secondary School in Burton-on-Trent.

Our partner school in Burton is looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality Mathematics lessons for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Foster a positive and motivating learning environment, encouraging students to build confidence in their mathematical skills.
Differentiate lessons to meet the individual needs of students, supporting them in achieving their academic goals.
Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a focused and respectful learning atmosphere.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Mathematics.
Passionate about teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to inspire students and create a love for Mathematics.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative school environment.
