Aspire People are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to inspire and motivate students while being part of a supportive and dynamic teaching team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all learners.
Plan and assess lessons effectively to ensure the progression and achievement of every student.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to develop and enhance the school's Maths department.
Support students' personal development and promote their well-being.
Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities where appropriate.
Key Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS) and experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
A strong passion for Maths and an ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge students to achieve their best.
A commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students.
