Maths Teacher - Full-Time Position (Starting January) in ShrewsburyWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join the team at a leading school in Shrewsbury. This full-time position will commence in January 2024, offering an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and challenging maths lessons to students of all abilities.
* Planning and preparing lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Assessing and providing feedback on student progress.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the maths curriculum.
* Contributing to the school community and participating in extra-curricular activities.
About You:
* A qualified teacher with a passion for maths and education (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Experience teaching maths at Key Stage 3 and 4 (KS3 & KS4). Experience with A-level would be a plus.
* Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to professional development.
