Salary: £36,413 - £60,092 (MPS-UPS Outer London)
Location: Redbridge, London
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring music lessons tailored to students of different ages and abilities.
* Create an inclusive and dynamic classroom environment that fosters creativity and confidence.
* Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the curriculum and school objectives.
* Set high expectations to motivate and challenge students, helping them achieve their full potential.
* Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
* Organise and lead school concerts, performances, and other musical events.
* Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music education into cross-curricular projects.
* Maintain musical instruments and resources to ensure they are used effectively and safely.
