Aspire People are currently working with a popular 2 form school in Croydon who are looking for a successful Primary Teacher to join them in the new academic year. The school are happy to arrange initial online interviews with interested candidates. They are looking for KS1 and KS2 teachers.

Primary Teacher - responsibilities:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering high-quality lessons that engage, inspire, and challenge students.
* Creating an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
* Developing and implementing differentiated lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Monitoring and assessing students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents, and supporting their personal development.
* Collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Contributing to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities.
Primary Teacher - requirements:
* UK QTS or on track to achieve by September
* Experience teaching at primary level (ECT applications welcome)
* Demonstrate a passion for working with young children and supporting their individual needs
* Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the wider school community
