We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Primary Teacher to join our team in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities in a supportive and dynamic environment.The Role:
As a Supply Primary Teacher with Aspire People, you will have the opportunity to work in a range of local schools, covering teacher absences and providing high-quality education to primary school children. You'll be teaching across all year groups, from Reception to Year 6, and will be expected to deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Adapt to different classroom settings and age groups with flexibility and enthusiasm
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students
Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring effective behaviour management
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
Strong communication and classroom management skills
The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
Experience working in primary schools is desirable, but not essential
A DBS check or willingness to undergo one
