Primary School Teacher in Malvern and surrounding AreasAre you passionate about shaping young minds and making a difference in the lives of children? Aspire People are now seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to join our dynamic team in Malvern primary schools and surrounding areas. Vacancies are available for both full-time and part-time positions, supporting Nursery through to Year 6.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
Foster a love for learning and encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking skills in students.
Establish effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with primary school-aged children, preferably in a classroom setting.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of children.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
