Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education?Aspire People is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in our vibrant primary and secondary partner schools across Tower Hamlets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals considering a career in education, educational psychology, or child development. You will gain invaluable experience supporting students with additional needs, behavioral challenges, or emotional/social difficulties - all while being part of a supportive school team.
Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Monitor and support pupils' emotional well-being and classroom engagement
- Work collaboratively with school staff, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
- Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion throughout the school day

Ideal Candidate:
- A recent Psychology graduate (or related degree)
- Passionate about supporting children and young people in an educational setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic, patient, and adaptable
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
