Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join this primary school's team in Hayes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in psychology and experience working with children, especially those with Special Educational Needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to teachers and students in a classroom setting.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans for students with SEN.
* Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide targeted interventions.

* Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour.

Requirements:
* A minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology.

* Some experience with SEN is highly preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting students.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
