Aspire People are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher (QTS) to join a supportive secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. If you have a passion for literature, language, and inspiring students to achieve their full potential, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
As an English Teacher, you will:
✔ Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature to KS3 & KS4 students.
✔ Create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
✔ Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
✔ Prepare students for GCSE exams with effective teaching strategies.
✔ Support the school's English department in curriculum development and enrichment activities.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
✅ Experience teaching English at secondary school level (KS3 & KS4).
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills.
✅ A passion for education and student success.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
