Job Role: QTS Science Teacher for a Secondary School in Stafford.Location: Stafford, Staffordshire
Position: Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Are you a passionate and experienced Science teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)?
Aspire People are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated QTS Science Teacher to join a well-respected secondary school in Stafford. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator to teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, in a supportive and dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, covering all three scientific disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics).
Plan and create engaging, interactive, and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
Assess student progress and provide feedback to encourage growth and improvement.
Support and motivate students to achieve their best in Science, both academically and personally.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies, share resources, and contribute to the development of the Science curriculum.
Participate in school-wide activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
Demonstrate a strong passion for Science and the ability to inspire students to achieve excellence.
Possess excellent subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
Be committed to ongoing professional development and improvement in teaching practice.
