Job description
Aspire People are seeking a talented and motivated Qualified Secondary Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Bromsgrove. Teach and deliver lessons across secondary school subjects (specialism in [specific subject] preferred, but not essential).

Support the social and emotional development of students within the classroom and beyond.

Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support student engagement.
Essential Criteria:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage students effectively.
Experience teaching secondary-aged students (desirable).
A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and build positive relationships with students.
Enthusiasm for developing students' skills, knowledge, and confidence.
