About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Supply Teachers to join our team in West London. This role is ideal for experienced educators or newly qualified teachers (NQTs) seeking flexible and rewarding teaching opportunities across primary and secondary schools.
As a supply teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment, ensuring the smooth delivery of lessons during the absence of the regular class teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons or planning engaging lessons when required.
Managing classroom behaviour and creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
Following school policies and procedures to maintain consistency and standards.
Marking work and providing feedback in line with school requirements (if applicable).
Building strong relationships with students and staff to support the school community.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in UK schools, preferably within West London.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different schools and year groups.
Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards teaching.
A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
