Job description
Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Supply Teachers to support an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' school in North and East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive and inclusive environment, delivering high-quality education and inspiring students across a range of subjects.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students.
- Ensure students remain engaged and motivated in their learning.
- Provide feedback on student progress and lesson outcomes.
- Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching in UK schools.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subjects.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
