Position: Teaching Assistant (Day-to-Day & Long-Term Opportunities Available)Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start Date: Immediate ( DBS AND REFERNCE DEPENDANT )
Are you passionate about education and eager to support students in achieving their potential? We are seeking enthusiastic, qualified Teaching Assistants for both day-to-day supply and long-term positions across a variety of SEN schools. If you are flexible, dedicated, and have a strong understanding of classroom dynamics, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, helping them overcome learning challenges
* Support with marking, lesson preparation, and administrative tasks
* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Assist in maintaining a safe and orderly classroom setting
* Drive students or provide support on school trips or outdoor learning (if applicable)
Requirements:
* Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience working with children in an educational setting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt to different school environments
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Driving License: Preferred (for flexibility in covering multiple schools or transport assistance)
