Are you an outstanding, motivated Religious Studies and Humanities teacher looking for an exciting new challenge in Leicester?We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity to join this school as an inspirational Teacher of Religious Studies and Humanities, with a very talented and thriving team from February.
The school is based in Leicester and the position is full time, teaching R.S and Humanities to KS3 and KS4 pupils. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, passionate and committed and will want to help make a profound positive difference to the school's community.
The successful candidate would be expected to deliver high quality lessons whilst being able to embody the school's values. A healthy and well-maintained learning environment and the ability to motivate students is an essential part of this position with the opportunity to inspire young people and use your skills to help pupils excel.

As a full time R.S and Humanities teacher, the school will expect the following:
« Teach Religious Studies to KS3 & KS4 level.
« Have a detailed knowledge of the curriculum.
« Have high standards of communication and the ability to work as a team.
« Assess, mark and plan lessons.
« Assess achievements of pupils.
« Provide progress reports and attend parent's evenings & department meetings.
