Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Provide tailored support to students through one-on-one or small group sessions.
* Help create an inclusive and positive atmosphere for learning.
* Assist students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
* Contribute to classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
Russell Group Graduate Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in a core subject from a Russell Group University.
* Preferred degrees: Maths, English, Science, Psychology, Geography, or History.
* Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or mentoring role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for education and making a difference.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
