School Business Manager RoleLocation: Birmingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
About the Role:
Aspire People is looking for an experienced and dynamic School Business Manager to join a primary school in Birmingham. This role offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to the school's ongoing success by leading and managing its financial operations and broader business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the school's financial management, budgeting, and accounting processes.
Manage the school's HR operations.
Lead on facilities management, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and statutory requirements.
Support senior leadership in strategic planning and resource management.
Only candidates with previous experience within a school business manager role will be considered for this position.
