Are you a friendly, organized, and proactive individual looking to make a difference in a school environment? Aspire People is seeking a dedicated School Receptionist to join our vibrant team in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
Maintain a welcoming and professional front office atmosphere.
Handle student attendance records and assist with administrative tasks.
Support the coordination of school events and activities.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software is a plus.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
