Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all students, ensuring every learner reaches their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best teaching practices.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, maintaining a productive and respectful atmosphere.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
The Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in a Science-related subject.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for Science.
Passionate about teaching and supporting students to reach their full potential.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
A team player who is committed to the values and ethos of the school.
