We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and skilled Maths Teacher to join a small but thriving secondary school in Coalville. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is committed to making a positive impact on students' academic journeys while fostering a love of mathematics.

What We're Looking For:

Passion and Expertise: An experienced Maths teacher with a solid understanding of the curriculum who can deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging, challenging, and tailored to meet the needs of students at KS3 and KS4.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with staff, parents, and students alike.
Student-Centric Approach: The ability to inspire students and motivate them to aim for excellence while continuously raising their aspirations and developing their academic abilities.
Commitment to Progress: The ability to assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs.

Your Role Will Include:

Teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 level, ensuring a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Planning, marking, and assessing student work to measure progress.
Setting high expectations for student achievement, behaviour, and participation in lessons.
Attending parents' evenings and contributing to departmental meetings and school events.
Providing detailed reports on student progress and development.
