Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality maths lessons that engage and challenge students.
* Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel motivated to succeed.
* Use innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and curriculum development.
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* A degree in Mathematics (preferred).
* Experience teaching secondary-level mathematics.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs.
