Secondary teaching assistant LincolnContract Type: long term with possibility to go permanent
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-15:30.
Salary: 84-92£/day
Start Date: ASAP
Aspire People is working closely with several secondary schools in Lincoln
who are looking for a Graduate with a passion to inspire children and help them by supporting across KS3 & KS4 with children of all abilities and join their team ASAP for the academic year.

The Secondary Teaching Assistant must:
Hold a degree (2:2 or above)
Experience working with children or young adults (desired)
Be able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
Self- motivated and flexible due to working across different levels
A vision for creating an exceptional place of learning
The ability to assist in evaluating individual pupils needs and progress
Excellent communication skills
Have the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of individual students
The ideal candidate may have some experience working across different age groups whether it be in an educational setting or otherwise.
