Are you a passionate and experienced educator looking to make a difference in the lives of learners with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team in Worcestershire, supporting learners across a variety of settings.Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with SEND, including those with SEMH and autism, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.
Assist in implementing personalized learning plans in line with EHCPs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
Facilitate small group and one-to-one interventions to meet individual learning needs.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for all learners.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working with SEND learners in educational settings.
Knowledge of SEND frameworks, safeguarding practices, and differentiation techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with learners and colleagues.
Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to fostering inclusivity and learner success.
