Job Advertisement: Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
A recognized SEN TA qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting children with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, or other learning difficulties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student development.
Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a willingness to undergo relevant checks.
